Sportsmanship before score

Sportsmanship before score

Year 11 Physical Education Studies students played the role of coach for younger boys, demonstrating exemplary sportsmanship throughout the carnival.

CBC boys have once represented their College with great sportsmanship and personal excellence at this year's ACC Lightning Carnivals.

Held on Monday and Wednesday of this week, the Carnivals provide all boys from Years 7 to 9 the opportunity to play Soccer, AFL, Rugby, Hockey and Frisbee, in a fun and relaxed environment.

The focus of Lightning Carnivals is participation and sportsmanship, not the score. CBC's athletes yet again represented the College with distinction, very clearly understanding the message of the day.

Year 11 Physical Education Studies students were there to lend a hand on the day, coaching teams and gaining important practical experience, as they work towards a Certificate II in Physical Recreation.

The senior boys were impeccable role models for the younger gentlemen.
